We upgraded our out of state shipping containers for better temperature control with these Bio-Foam inserts and coolers. We're pretty excited about this! We continue to look for eco-friendly solutions to shipping. But for now, these are the bee's knees.

Where does your meat come from?
We only source meat raised right here in the U.S. We partner with domestic ranchers and producers from all over the United States. Including our own Label Red River Reserve!
Who butchers your meat?
We produce all our cuts and primals in house at the heart of our operations in San Antonio. We own and operate Rebel Food Provisions processing facility.
How long does shipping take?
We butcher orders in house with a rough 2-3 days for processing. Boxes ship M-W depending on what day they are received, with 1-3 days shipping time based on order location.
What type of insulation do you use?
We use a new developed Bio-Foam that unlike styro-foam. In addition to this we use post recycled insulation for shorter trips, all can be recycled.
